What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-2 business days to process your order and around 2 weeks to deliver it to you.

Do you ship all over the world?
Yes, absolutely. However, free tracked shipping only applies to orders from the United States. 

Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?
Yes, please wait 3 days after placing your order and ask us via email to send you the tracking number. 


I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item in question at the email address: team@shop-glowingfaith.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?
We sincerely apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however trace your order and see where it is at any time. If you still believe that you need help in tracking your package or want to inquire about it, please contact us by email at the following address: team@shop-glowingfaith.com.

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may encounter with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 14 days of the date of the receipt of the order and that the product(s) concerned are not sold.
